The leadership development process that we use is called the STPA (select, train, promote, assign) process. Candidates must first be carefully SELECTED. Then they must be properly TRAINED. They must then be publicly PROMOTED by being given the appropriate titles for their positions of responsibility. After which they will be officially ASSIGNED to their positions of responsibility. Education is the key to greater understanding and understanding is the key to application. The following is a list of educational programs that we provide to our members here in West Palm Beach, Florida as part of the training.
GED PREPARATION
The value of this service is not in the resulting diploma but rather in the completion of the process. We want our members to learn how to remain focused on important tasks until they are complete. Forming the habit of finishing what they started, is the real value to this and many of our other programs.
FAFSA ASSISTANCE
Most Government forms are technically written and therefore confusing to many people. Completing the FAFSA form is always a source of frustration for some student. We want to eliminate that stress by assisting in the completion of the form(s) and allow the student to concentrate on more important things.
PERSONAL MONEY MANAGEMENT
Although money management is part of our daily lives, it is not taught in our schools. We offer basic classes on managing bank accounts, calculating tax on goods, creating a budget, understanding wants and needs, credit, giving, saving, spending, estate planning, investing and smart shopping.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
We assist our members with tools that lead to better business management. Some tools include: self evaluation, setting business goals, networking, budgeting and accounting, personnel management, record keeping and team development.
MARKETING
The products that sell the most are not necessarily the best products on the market but are always the products that are best marketed. Marketing is the key to sales. We teach our members how to consistantly increase their market share.
PROFESSIONAL SELLING SKILLS (PSS)
Professional selling, otherwise known as need satisfaction selling, is an artform that when applied, leads to agreements. Product sales are highest when PSS is applied. We teach our members the 10 steps of PSS.
MISSIONS BRIEFING
Everyone works harder and accomplishes more when they have purpuse, direction and motivation. Mission briefing is the art of providing purpose, direction and motivation to ones self, ones family or ones employees, on a continual basis. Everyone should learn how to conduct a missions brief.
BASIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
In this course, we teach our menbers how to: develop a vision, create a mission, make a plan select personnel, conduct training, distribute the plan, execute the plan, review results and adjust the plan.
BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION
We all have habits or behaviors that we would like to change or modify. There is a natural process for internal as well as external change. The chain of events to a habit or behavior is three small steps( Thought, Act, Habit). We teach our members how to master these three steps.
HEALTH AND NUTRITION
When our members discuss the habits/behaviors they would like to change/modify, health habits are always at or near the top of the list. We all understand the value of good health. We also understand what things affect good health. We agree that nutrition is vital to life. We instruct on how foods affect our bodies based on a variety of reasons. Most people are unaware that r blood type determines what foods should eaten to achieve maximum health benefit.
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
A combination of healthy eating and regular exercise can literally change a persons life. We chart and create manageble exercise plans for our members. This adds years to their lives and life to their years.
FAMILY PLANNING
We discovered that family planning was once a regular class in schools throughout the British Empire. We saw through our research, that families thrived when they were empowered to plan their families wisely. Our curriculum includes: what is a family, what to expect when you're expecting, what to expect the first year, parenting from birth to age five (5), raising awsome children, you are your child's first teacher, raising children who think for themselves, the strong-willed child, bringing up boys and pointman.
BREASTFEEDING
There are numerous studies that highlight the unique benefits of breastfeeding. Our instrctor is state certified to teach this class. (yes, this requires certification) We encourage all expecting mother to attend this class.
BABY WEARING/CARRYING
We have also found research that suggest parents (mothers in particular) carry their babies in a sling in order to keep them snug while remaining hands free. This is still the preferred method for many families around the world.

World History, World Religions, Ethics, Civics, Economics and Philosophy.
All classes require a minimum of five (5) participants in order to be scheduled.
